As part of its ongoing efforts to promote community health, ARD UDUTH organized a 2025 Free Medical Outreach at Gagi Area, Sokoto, bringing healthcare services closer to residents of the community.
The outreach featured free medical consultations, basic investigations, treatment of common illnesses, and health education sessions focused on preventive care and healthy living. Emphasis was placed on early detection of illnesses and empowering individuals with knowledge to manage their health effectively.
Community members welcomed the initiative, which helped reduce barriers to accessing medical care and highlighted the importance of preventive health practices. The outreach further demonstrated ARD UDUTH’s role as a partner in public health promotion and community development.
Through initiatives like the Gagi outreach, ARD UDUTH continues to contribute meaningfully to improving access to affordable and quality healthcare in Sokoto State.
